The winners will be announced after the close of business September 30th, 2021.Â
- Each participant will be provided an individual contest target which is derived from May 9th -Â July 31st, 2021 performance.Â
- Winners for the trip will be chosen based on who exceeds their target by the greatest percentage (within the group in which a participant is competing - Rock Crawlers, Stargazers, Rapids Runners)
- Total hours flagged will be divided by the 47 service business days in the contest period to determine hours flagged per day (Contest Performance). The Contest Performance figure will be divided by the Contest Target figure to determine the Contest Score.
- Contest Score must exceed 100%
- Completed Multi-Point Inspections must equal or exceed 92%
- Service Recommendations per repair must exceed 2.0
- Unearned slots will be awarded to the participant with the highest point total which exceeds the participant's target from all target groups
- The tiebreaker will be the the most videos sent during contest using the Service Snap tool.
- Contest ends 9/30/2021
- Each participant will be provided an individual contest target which is derived from from May-July 2021 performance.Â
- Winners for the trip will be chosen based on who exceeds their target by the greatest percentage (within the group in which a participant is competing - Rock Crawlers, Stargazers, Rapids Runners)
- Two Winners each from Rock Crawlers and Stargazers, 1 from Rapids Runners and 1 wild card
- Total Customer Pay Labor and Customer Pay Parts gross profit will be divided by the 47 days in the contest period to determine gross profit generated per day (Contest Performance). The Contest Performance figure will be divided by the Contest Target Figure to determine the Contest Score.
- Contest Score must exceed 100%
- Email capture rate must exceed 90%
- Unearned slots will be awarded to the participant with the highest point total which exceeds the participant's target from all volume groups
- The tiebreaker will be highest closing percentage of yellow recommendations
- Contest ends 9/30/2021
By entering "Sedona Contest", you agree to abide to the official rules and the decisions of Hennessy Automobile Companies, which are final and binding in all respects. Qualifying Technicians and Service Advisors of the Hennessy Automobile Companies are eligible to participate. Contest ends 9/30/21. Winners will be announced after close of business September 30th, 2021. Winners must be employed by Hennessy through the entire contest period and maintain employment through the trip dates to be eligible. Forfeited trips will become a wild card and roll to the next participant. There is no cash prize alternative for the incentive trip.  Winners are responsible for income taxes on the value of the incentive trip.
