Qualifying Technicians, Service Advisors and Sales Associates of Hennessy Cadillac, Jaguar Land Rover Buckhead, Jaguar Land Rover Gwinnett and Jaguar Land Rover North Atlanta are eligible to participate in a sales contest, the winners of which will earn a trip (with a guest) to Miami, Florida in May.
What is included in the trip?
The trip includes a 4 night stay at the Delano South Beach Hotel in Miami, Florida for you and a guest of your choosing.Â

There are two trip periods:
- May 5th-9th, 2019
- May 12-16th, 2019Â
Who is eligible for the contest?Â
The following employees of Hennessy Automobile Companies is eligible for this contest:
- Hennessy Cadillac, and Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover Service TechniciansÂ
- Hennessy Cadillac, and Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover Service AdvisorsÂ
- Hennessy Cadillac, and Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover Sales Associates
There will be a total of 24 trips given.Â
- Sales Associates: 9
- Service Advisors: 4
- Technicians: 11
When does the contest end/start?Â
The 2019 Miami contest starts March 1st, 2019 and ends April 30th, 2019.Â
When are the winners announced?Â
The winners will be announced after the close of business April 30th, 2019.Â
How do Service Technicians win?
- Each participant will be provided an individual contest target which is derived from November 2018, December 2018 and January 2019 performance.Â
- Winners for the trip will be chosen based on who exceeds their target by the greatest percentage (within the group in which a participant is competing - Catera, Freelander, Defender)
During the contest period beginning March 1, 2019 and ending April 30, 2019,
participants with earn:
- 4 points per CP Hour, 2 points per Warranty or Internal Hour
- 1.25x March point total for completion of eLearning by close of business March 22, 2019
To qualify to win, the trip participants must:
- Exceed their contest target
- Exceed 1,000 points
- Exceed the greater of brand's Region or National FRFT measurement
Details:
- Unearned slots will be awarded to the participant with the highest point total which exceeds the participant's target
- The tiebreaker will be the most CP Hours sold during the contest period (not per RO)
- Contest ends 4/30/2019
How do Service Advisors win?
- Each participant will be provided an individual contest target which is derived from November 2018, December 2018 and January 2019 performance.Â
- Winners for the trip will be chosen based on who exceeds their target by the greatest percentage (within the group in which a participant is competing - Catera, Freelander, Defender)
During the contest period beginning March 1, 2019 and ending April 30, 2019,
participants with earn:
- 2 points per CP Hour, 1 points per Warranty or Internal Hour Sold
- 3 points per $100 CP Gross and 1 point per $100 Warranty or Internal Gross Sold
- 1.25x March point total for completion of eLearning by close of business March 22, 2019
To qualify to win, the trip participants must:
- Exceed their contest target
- Exceed 2,000 points
- Sell at least 36 tires during the two month contest period
Details:
- Unearned slots will be awarded to the participant with the highest point total which exceeds the participant's target
- The tiebreaker will be highest Total CP Gross sold (not per RO) during the contest period
- Contest ends 4/30/2019
How do Sales Associates win?
- Each participant will be provided an individual contest target which is derived from November 2018, December 2018 and January 2019 performance.Â
- Winners for the trip will be chosen based on who exceeds their target by the greatest percentage (within the group in which a participant is competing - Catera, Freelander, Defender)
During the contest period beginning March 1, 2019 and ending April 30, 2019,
participants with earn:
- 1 point per $100 of Gross - New & Used sales, Front Gross and F&I
- 50 points per New Car sale
- 100 Points for sales of Select* New Cars
- 60+ day old used cars with negative front grosses shall not deduct from participant's point totals, see manager for details
- 1.25x March point total for completion of eLearning by close of business March 22, 2019
To qualify to win, the trip participants must:
- Exceed their contest target
- Exceed 1,000 points
- Sell at least 1 Select* New Car
Details:
- Unearned slots will be awarded to the participant with the highest point total which exceeds the participant's target
- The tiebreaker will be the highest F&I Gross Per Vehicle Retailed on Select* New Cars
- "Select*" New Cars are defined as: Jaguars (excluding F-Pace), Cadillacs (excluding Escalade, Escalade ESV, XT5, XT4)
- Contest ends 4/30/2019
